Pamela J. Lockhart

Pamela (Pam) Lockhart, 67, of Auburn NY, died April 18, 2024, peacefully at Auburn Community Hospital with family by her side after battling a long illness. Pam was born Sept 18, 1956 in Cardiff, NY. Pam spent a lot of time in Florida when she was younger. She was a strong woman always up for a challenge and became the first female welder during her time there while working at Piper Aircraft Inc. in Vero Beach. Pam moved back up to NY in 1984 and always worked in the manufacturing business. Pam spent many years at Bombardier Transportation before the plant closed permanently in 2006. Pam loved cooking and was always up for great food with good company. She was a wonderful, loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Her family was her world and she loved them with everything she had.

Pam is predeceased by her father John (Jack) Tiffany and stepmother Dixie. She is survived by her daughter Heather (Leon) Defendorf, son Jeffrey (Jamie) Lockhart, sisters Patricia Riggall, Paula (Mike) Severin, Susan (Jeff) Carver, Lisa Fields, and brother John Tiffany. Her grandchildren Cameron, Justin, Kara and Alicia. Mother Linda Dattler and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
