Robert H. Pollard Obituary

Robert H. Pollard, 83, of Cayuga, NY, died Saturday, November 17, 2018 in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY.  Mr. Pollard was born in Auburn, the son of the late Charles H. and Martha Watkins Pollard and has resided in Cayuga all of his life.  He was a graduate of Auburn Community College with a degree in Engineering.  He was employed by S. L. Industries, of Auburn for 9 years and prior to that he was employed by the Wickes Manufacturing Co. Of Union Springs.

Mr. Pollard loved the outdoors, he was an avid fisherman, a birder and a beekeeper. He particularly enjoyed spending time with his family and hiking in the Adirondack Mountains,

                            Glenn  W. Hawk, Portland, OR

3 Daughters: Kathi E. Pollard, Syracuse, NY
                            Andi C Hawk (Mark Mitsuti) Auburn, NY
                            Jessica A. Hawk (Lloyd Hawk) King Ferry, NY
7 Grandchildren
5 Great grandchildren
Several nieces and nephews

A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the Cayuga United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kevin Grish, the pastor, officiating.  Interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery in the spring.

The Pollard family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church reception hall.
