Charles “Buster” J. Knapp Jr.

Charles “Buster” J. Knapp Jr., 88, of Union Springs, passed away on July 28, 2024 at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. He was born on July 13, 1936 the son of the late Charles and Marion Clark Knapp Sr. He was a devoted tool and die maker for many years. He had many hobbies he enjoyed like making clocks, sharpening hockey and ice skates with such precision, to working on projects around the house and being with people.

He is survived by,

Wife:     Barbara Crosby Knapp

Daughter:           Deborah Young

Son:                      Dale (Mary) Knapp

Grandchildren:  Keith, Kyle and Tyler (Kendra)

Great Grandchildren:      Teresa, Amelia, Adalina, Gaige and Denali

Brother:              Richard (Gretchen) Knapp

Niece:   Amy Knapp

In addition to his parents, Buster was predeceased by his nephew David Knapp.

There will be a memorial at 1PM, on Wednesday, August 7 ,2024 at Brew Funeral Home, 48 South Street, Auburn.
