David Anthony Androsko, 56, passed away unexpectedly December 24, 2024 at Auburn Community Hospital.
David was born March 16, 1968 in Auburn, NY to Madaline (Pylypczak) and Peter Androsko. He was a loving husband to his wife Shereen M. Androsko, a devoted father to Brittany C. Raymond (Mathew Raymond) and Brandon A. Androsko (Mckenna Androsko), a proud grandfather to Leo C. Raymond, and looking forward to the arrival of his new granddaughter Carter in March 2025.
David not only dedicated his life to his family but also to his community. He always thought of others prior to himself and was the first one to lend a hand when needed. You could always count on him for a phone call, words of advice, dad jokes, and fireside chats as he would call them. All of which, resulted in everyone knowing him as "Uncle Dave".
His community involvement included his employment working for NYSEG for 34 years where he began in the Meter Department and advanced his career in the Line Department as a Senior Chief Lineman. In addition, he was a Police Officer for the Village of Weedsport for 11 years, and worked security for Weedsport High School.
David had a love for things with wheels and engines, which included cars, motorcycles and snowmobiles. He also loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter which led him to be an instructor for NYS Hunter Education. David enjoyed hunting and camping and spent time doing it with several of his close friends and family.
He was predeceased by his parents Madaline and Peter Androsko and brothers Stephen and William Androsko. He is survived by his wife, Shereen M. Androsko, daughter, Brittany C. Raymond (Matt), son Brandon A. Androsko (Mckenna), grandson Leo C. Raymond, sister Christine A. Gilfus (Donald), sister in laws Mariellen and Patricia Androsko, and several nieces and nephews.

There are not enough words to express the love that David had for others and how much others loved him. The amount of achievements, accomplishments, and lives he touched can not be put on a single side of a card.
