Goldie M. Leone

Goldie M. Leone, 65, of Auburn, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at the Commons. She was born on December 30, 1957 the daughter of the late Robert and Alice Jean (Jackson) Purcell. Goldie worked at Mercy Rehab for 22 years before retiring in house keeping. Goldie enjoyed making her famous lasagna from scratch and baking things like apple crisp. She took good care of her Impala SS aka Big bag. Goldie also loved to go camping at River forest, playing bingo and spending time with the grandchildren. 

She is survived by,

Son:       Dana Leone Jr. and his wife Jeslyn

Grandchildren:  Liam, Alice Jean, Dixie and Addison

Brothers:             Paul Bovee (Karen)

                              William Purcell

                              Henry Purcell (Beth)

Partner:               Ken Skutt

Several Nieces and Nephews

Dog:      Gypsy

In addition to her parents, Goldie was predeceased by her husband Dana Leone Sr., sister Susan Cordway and brother Robert Purcell.
