Janice E. Karschner

Janice E. Karshner, 73, of Port Byron, passed away on, Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Auburn Community Hospital. She was born on July 24, 1951 in Auburn, NY to the late Clifford and Lorraine Brown Hamilton. She was totally devoted to her family and especially her granddaughter Kalista. Janice would volunteer her time at the Seven Day Adventist Church on Auburn and enjoyed playing the scratch off tickets and watching cooking  and wrestling shows.

She is survived by,

Son:       Robert (Jennifer) Hamilton

Granddaughter: Kalista Hamilton

Sister:   Lorrie (Lee Cordway) Bruton

Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins

In addition to her parents, Janice was predeceased by her husband Guy Karschner, daughter Melissa Hamilton, brothers Michael Brown and Daniel Hamilton.

There will be a graveside service at 11AM on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Pine Hill Cemetery in Throop. Condolences may be made at www.brewfuneralhome.com
