Joan Marie Connors

Joan Marie Connors, 87, of Auburn passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at the Commons. She was born on May 17 ,1937 in Port Byron, NY to the late Raymond and Flora Beardsley Weaver. Joan was a communicant at St. Mary’s Church for many years and loved volunteering at the Bingo events. She worked in the manufacturing fields at Dunn & McCarthy for 10 years and General Electric for 25 years as an assembler. Joan also worked at Mercy Rehabilitation Center for 10 years as a nurse's aide.

She is survived by,

               Theodore R. (Kathleen) Connors

               Gary W. (Annie) Connors

               Mark A. Connors

5 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and many Nieces and Nephews

In addition to her parents, Joan was predeceased by her husband James D. Connors Sr., siblings Raymond, Richard, Theodore, Orin, Donald, Gusta, Pauline, Gertrude, Mary, Martha and Margaret.

There will be a mass of Christian burial at 11AM, Monday, April 14, 2025 at St. Mary’s Church, 15 Clark Street, Auburn. Burial will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Fleming.
