Lorna P. Clark

Lorna P. Clark, 80, of Auburn, NY passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. She was born on October 20, 1945 in Parish of St. Peters, Barbados to the late Timothy Ezekiel and Ione Lenora Phillips. After high school, Lorna traveled to England to pursue a nursing degree. After completion, she made her way to the United States, landing in the Catskills Region, practicing as a Midwife- completing hundreds of births. Then she transitioned to her registered nurse position at United Hospital in Port Chester NY, eventually becoming the head nurse on her unit. Once the hospital closed, Lorna made her way to Auburn Memorial Hospital, where she completed her career as a RN at the age of 67, giving her 45 years of service and dedication. She is highly loved and will be missed by a multitude of family and friends.

She is survived by her sons Ronnie Clark - married to Mairym, and Christopher Clark, grandchildren are Yamil, Avery, Ronnie Jr and Journei Soleil Clark, Great Grandchild is Odyssey Jones. Siblings are St. Elmo Phillips, Marjorie Knight and Danville Phillips

There will be visitation from 3PM to 6PM on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Brew Funeral Home, 48 South Street, Auburn.
